About Bridges for Parkinson's

We at Bridges For Parkinson's have a passion for understanding the body and how it moves. Our individual paths have led to a special interest and talent in working with senior adults, especially those living with serious neurological disorders like Parkinson’s Disease.

We specialize in functional fitness classes for Parkinson’s, designed to improve mobility, balance, strength, and confidence in everyday movement. Our Parkinson’s fitness classes focus on exercises that not only target physical health but also support cognitive function, coordination, and overall quality of life.

Every session is built with compassion, evidence-based techniques, and a commitment to helping each participant move with greater ease and independence. We work closely with each individual, creating a positive, uplifting environment where every small victory is celebrated and progress is measured not just in strength, but in confidence.
